Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
These terms apply to tintio.io and the Tintio service, operated by Cokee Corp. ("we").
1. About the service
- 1.1Tintio helps you keep material for future posts, turn that material into drafts, adapt those drafts per channel, and schedule them.
- 1.2The channels you can connect are shown in the service.
- 1.3By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- 2.1In these terms:
- (a)"Service" means Tintio and the website that comes with it.
- (b)"You" means the person using the Service, and "account" means the individual credentials used to sign in.
- (c)"Workspace" is the unit that projects, material, posts, the subscription, and AI credit belong to, and limits apply to that unit.
- (d)A channel connection is an external platform account attached to the service, and which project uses it is set separately.
- (e)"Material" is what you keep for future posts, and a "draft" is a post made from that material.
- (f)A channel, or external platform, means a third-party social media service you can publish to through the Service.
- (g)"AI points" are the allowance that comes with a subscription, and "AI credit" is a prepaid balance you buy separately.
3. Your account
- 3.1Once you create an account, keeping your sign-in details safe and everything that happens under your account are your responsibility.
- 3.2One person uses one account, and you must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
- 3.3Children under 14 may not sign up.
- 3.4We send you the notices the service needs while you hold an account. We send marketing messages only if you agreed to them beforehand, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Your content
- 4.1You own the material, drafts, and brand profile you create inside the product.
- 4.2You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, modify, transmit, and process your content for the purpose of operating the service, which includes providing, running, maintaining, and improving it, keeping the system stable, and sending content to external platforms.
- 4.3Drafts produced by the AI are yours to use freely, and we claim no rights in them.
- 4.4You must ensure that the data you enter, and the content generated or published from it, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, likeness, reputation, or other legal rights. You are responsible for any breach of this. This does not apply to the extent the loss is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
5. Our intellectual property
- 5.1The Service, and the software, design, trademarks, and documentation in it, belong to us or to their rightful owners.
- 5.2These terms give you the right to use the Service and transfer nothing else.
- 5.3You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use our name or trademarks, without our prior consent.
- 5.4The material and drafts you create remain yours, as set out in the content section above.
6. AI drafts
- 6.1Tintio uses artificial intelligence to help you write, and that feature is provided as is.
- 6.2We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, originality, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose of anything the AI generates, nor that it infringes no third-party rights.
- 6.3Reviewing and checking the output is your responsibility, and we never publish without you asking.
- 6.4You are responsible for the consequences of publishing and using the output, including checking its accuracy, the rights to any quote or image, and compliance with the rules of the platform you publish to. This does not apply to the extent the loss is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Publishing
- 7.1We provide the technical means for your content to be sent to the external platforms you designate, on your instruction.
- 7.2We accept no responsibility for delayed posts, failed publishing, duplicate posts, or account penalties that arise from causes outside our control, including an external platform's policy changes, outages, rate limits, system errors, or expired authorisation. This does not apply to the extent the loss is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- 7.3You must also follow the terms and policies of the external platforms, and if one of them restricts or suspends your account we cannot undo it.
- 7.4If an external platform provider ends or restricts the integration, we may change or stop offering that integration after telling you in advance.
8. Acceptable use
- 8.1You may not use the service to break the law, to abuse the service, or to interfere with other users.
- 8.2You also may not impersonate anyone, send spam, work around a platform's rules or rate limits, resell the service, or create extra accounts to get around subscription limits.
- 8.3We can suspend an account that does.
9. Subscriptions and payment
- 9.1Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each period in the currency shown when you subscribe, and your chosen payment method is charged automatically when you change your subscription or when a billing period comes round.
- 9.2Prices, billing periods, and usage limits for paid subscriptions are as set out on the pricing page inside the service.
- 9.3We will email you before a price change takes effect.
- 9.4Before we raise the amount of a recurring payment, or turn a service we provided free of charge into a paid subscription, we tell you when it takes effect, the price before and after, and how it will be charged, and we obtain your explicit consent.
- 9.5Without that consent the increase or conversion does not happen, and the conditions, method, and effect of cancelling or ending your subscription at that point are as set out in the Refunds and cancellation section.
- 9.6A paid contract entered into by a minor without their legal guardian's consent may be cancelled by the minor or by their legal guardian. It may not be cancelled where the minor used deception to make us believe they were of age or that their legal guardian had consented.
10. AI credit
- 10.1AI credit is a prepaid balance you can add on a paid subscription, and it is spent only after the AI points included in your subscription run out.
- 10.2Credit is valid for 15 months from the day you buy it.
- 10.3Ask within 14 days of buying it and we refund 100% of the unused balance.
- 10.4After that you can still ask at any time while the credit is valid, and we refund the unused balance less 10%.
- 10.5We will email you at least 7 days before it expires.
- 10.6Once it expires, whatever is left is forfeited and is no longer refundable.
11. Refunds and cancellation
- 11.1You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- 11.2Even if you cancel, you can continue using the service until the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is given for that period.
- 11.3You will not be charged from the next billing period.
- 11.4Within 14 days of payment, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
- 11.5This right applies to one-off purchases and the first payment of a subscription, and does not apply to subsequent subscription payments.
- 11.6We obtain your consent at checkout for immediate access. If you begin using the service or receive its benefits within that period after giving consent, your right of withdrawal is limited.
- 11.7We do not refund where fraudulent transactions, refund abuse, or other manipulative conduct is confirmed.
- 11.8Where a major technical fault or defect in the product itself is confirmed, we refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- 11.9Where applicable laws or we grant broader rights than those above, the higher level of rights always applies.
- 11.10Refunds for AI credit follow the terms set out in the AI credit section above.
12. How to request a refund and processing
- 12.1You can send an email to the contact address below.
- 12.2Sending it from the email address of the paid account helps us process it faster.
- 12.3Refunds are processed using the original payment method, and if that is difficult due to payment method circumstances, we will guide you through another method.
- 12.4However, depending on the processing schedules of payment processors and card companies, actual credit to your account may take a few additional days.
13. Closing an account
- 13.1You can delete your account at any time.
- 13.2We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
- 13.3When you delete your account, the personal data attached to that account is destroyed.
- 13.4Content created inside a workspace belongs to that workspace and remains there, though the author attribution will no longer remain.
- 13.5Deleting a workspace permanently deletes the content bodies within it, so you must back up necessary content before deletion.
- 13.6Handling of remaining paid amounts follows the Refunds and cancellation section above.
- 13.7When you delete an account or workspace, remaining AI credit is forfeited.
- 13.8If requested before deletion, we refund according to the terms set out in the AI credit section.
- 13.9If we decide to stop providing the service entirely, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and refund the amount corresponding to the remaining time of your paid subscription period and unused AI credit.
14. Indemnity and damages
- 14.1If you breach these terms or the law and cause us loss, you must compensate us for that loss.
- 14.2The same applies if a third party asserts rights or claims against us regarding content you published.
- 14.3In this case, we will notify you of the fact and determine the response method together.
15. Warranties and limitation of liability
- 15.1The service is provided as is.
- 15.2To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- 15.3We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or loss of data.
- 15.4Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose or USD 100.
- 15.5However, the limitation of liability and disclaimers in these terms do not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
16. Consumer remedies and dispute resolution
- 16.1Complaints or requests for remedy regarding service use are handled when submitted to the contact address below.
- 16.2We handle them promptly, and if prompt handling is difficult, we inform you of the reason and schedule.
- 16.3If you do not agree with our resolution, you may apply for dispute mediation to the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee of the Korea Consumer Agency or the E-Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
- 17.1These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- 17.2Lawsuits arising between us and you may be brought in the court having jurisdiction over our head office location, in addition to the jurisdictional court under the Civil Procedure Act.
18. General provisions
- 18.1If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining parts remain in full force and effect.
- 18.2Our failure to immediately exercise a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- 18.3In cases such as business transfers or mergers, we may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor and will notify you in advance.
- 18.4You may not transfer your account or rights under these terms to a third party without our consent.
19. Changes to these terms
- 19.1We may change these terms as the product evolves.
- 19.2When making changes, we post the changes and effective date on this page at least 7 days before the effective date, and 30 days in advance for changes adverse to users.
- 19.3The latest version can always be found at this address.
- 19.4These terms take effect on August 19, 2026.
